deep tissue massage

A deep tissue massage is one of the most effective treatments for pain and injury. In a massage, firm pressure is used to release tension resulting from incorrect posture, injury or overcompensation in the various layers of muscle and tissue.

It will allow stiff muscles to relax, reduce tension in muscles which contributes to chronic pain, release stress and loosen joints.

sports and remedial massage

Sports massages are designed to manipulate and mobilise muscles and soft tissue in order to alleviate pain, allow the muscle to heal and repair, prevent injury occurrence and maintain health.

Sports massages are helpful for sport players as well as less-active people desiring recovery of flexibility and movement.

Sudden injuries such as hamstring strain or shoulder injuries can be treated with this method, as well as long-term injuries like neck or back pain.

This massage will increase your ability to be more active, improve your performance, reduce the chance of injuring yourself as well as treat existing injuries.

Swedish Massage

A swedish massage is a relaxing massage designed to encourage the relaxation of your mind and body as well as promote well-being.

It is a slower paced and lighter-pressured massage that will alleviate pain, help you relax, enhance circulation and allow waste and toxins to be eliminated.

This massage can help with depression, anxiety and stress.

Dry Massage

A dry massage is performed without oil, or even the need for removal of clothes.

It incorporates stretches and trigger point therapy to relieve pain, alleviate stress and restore the balance of your body.
